Activity and action filled with great workouts (barre and power yoga). Then sound healing and reiki balanced out the activities. Recommend the Cano Island Excursion & the Nayauca Falls! Imiloa has amazing food and staff! The property is beautiful and you will likely see beautiful Morpho butterflies

This was my first experience doing a retreat and it definitely set the bar high!! Money well spent. The genuine long lasting friendships that you leave with is priceless. Staff was beyond accommodating and happy to be there. I’ll be back and bring my friends with me next time to experience this!

I had the most life changing experience. I would recommend to anyone interested, just do it. And go alone. You will meet the most amazing people and discover new things about yourself!

Its hard to put into words how beautiful and transformative this trip was. Crystal and Christina put together a thoughtful and well tailored itinerary that kept us engaged, challenged us, encouraged exploration, and let us dive deeper into the jungle and ourselves. The time and consideration they took for each person while planning was very apparent, and their willingness to go with the flow and switch things up made sure that everyone was enjoying themselves and had the opportunity to do what they wanted to do. The yoga classes, sound baths, reiki, meditations, journaling's and deep talks allowed us to deepen our spiritual practice and experience this ethereal feeling in such a high energy place. The resort was amazing and the hospitality of the staff and our guides made it an amazing selection too. Leaving that island was so difficult but leaving with lifelong friends and a renewed look at life made it easier. Thank you Crystal and Christina you beautiful wonderful souls!!!

The trip was wonderful. The island is just amazing, but the staff of Jungle Bay went above and beyond to accommodate our group. I was with a group of 9, led by Christina and Crystal, and those ladies we terrific. A perfect balance of exercise, spirituality and wellness. Got a ton of tips on how to improve my inner self.
